The Product Is Stuck by The Rubber Head During Pad Printing (common for Small Products)

The reason why the product is stuck by the glue head is usually that the ink has not reached the appropriate dryness or the glue head is pressed too deep.

Solution:

① The ink should be about 90% dry after the rubber head is dipped in ink before pressing the product. Avoid using too much slow-drying water and use fast-drying or medium-drying diluent instead;

②Appropriately reduce the pressing depth of the rubber head to reduce the adsorption force on the product;

③ Check whether the product fixing fixture has problems with suction or weak positioning.
