Six-axis robot collaborative control
Using the Japanese Panasonic servo drive system (750W print head drive + 400W steel plate drive), combined with Mitsubishi touch screen programming control, the manipulator can achieve ±180° multi-angle free positioning, adapting to the complex printing needs of curved surfaces and special-shaped parts (such as mobile phone glass, bottles and cans).
Intelligent positioning system
Infrared positioning technology: real-time calibration of printing position, error ≤0.01mm
CNC fine-tuning slide: realizes X/Y-axis precision displacement through gear synchronous transmission, supporting micron-level adjustment during multi-color overprinting
Pneumatic auxiliary device: FESTO/SMC components are used to stabilize the workpiece, and an inflatable ejector pin is used to fix the soft material
Dynamic printing parameter configuration
Independently adjust the X/Y/angle parameters of each oil pan seat, supporting 5-6 color overprinting
