As a precision printing equipment, the stable operation of the screen printing machine is inseparable from systematic daily maintenance. Scientific maintenance can not only extend the life of the equipment and ensure printing accuracy, but also effectively reduce the failure rate and avoid production losses caused by sudden shutdowns. Based on practical experience in the industry, the daily maintenance of the screen printing machine workshop needs to focus on the following key links.
Air source treatment is the first line of defense. Moisture and oil in compressed air are the main "killers" of pneumatic components, which can easily cause cylinder failure and shorten service life. It is recommended to install a freeze dryer to ensure that the compressed air is dry and clean. The accumulated water in the filter needs to be checked every day and drained in time to prevent moisture from entering the gas system. At the same time, the oil mist should use special lubricating oil (such as R68# special oil for air pressure conditioning group), and check whether the oil amount is sufficient every day.
Cleaning must be done throughout. Before starting the machine every day, the oil, debris and foreign matter on the surface of the workbench, guide rails and machine table should be cleaned to prevent scratches on precision components. After shutting down, use a special cleaner to wipe the screen frame, scraper and ink return knife to completely remove residual ink to avoid dry blockage that will affect the next printing. It should be noted that precision components such as touch screens are prohibited from being scratched with hard objects, and alcohol or diluent should not be used during cleaning to avoid damaging the surface.
Lubrication and tightening must be performed regularly. Precision fitting parts such as the workbench slide, guide rails, and bearings need to be regularly wiped and oiled for maintenance to prevent rust from causing a decrease in accuracy. It is recommended to add an appropriate amount of grease to mechanical transmission parts every week and check whether the screws in various parts are loose to ensure smooth operation.
Standardized shutdown and dust prevention cannot be ignored. Before leaving get off work every day, be sure to turn off the power supply of the equipment and the compressed air source. If the machine is shut down for a long time, in addition to thorough cleaning, the equipment should be placed in a cool, dry place and covered with a dust cover. For equipment that has been idle for a long time, it is recommended to run without load every two weeks to prevent component aging.
