What is the silk screen printing technology?

Due to the simple operation process, screen printing can be suitable for flexible or hard substrate printing.In addition, after the combination of screen printing and R2R mode, high boundary resolution, mass production and wet film thickness control can be achieved by improving the screen version to the rotating screen thickness version.In the industrial field, the film thickness of screen printing is generally greater than 0.5 m, suitable for the printing of thick film electronic film.Although the silk mesh film has good uniformity and smoothness characteristics, but the resolution is very low, ranging from dozens to hundreds of hundred micrometers.Therefore, screen printing is not suitable where films have precise control or nanosize requirements.At present, screen printing technology is mainly used in electronic circuits and electrodes in printed electronics.
