The role of the scraper is to scrape clean the residual ink on the text and text steel plate, so the poor contact between the scraper and the steel plate, and the improper adjustment of the scraper pressure stroke will affect the effect of the text and text copy.
Blade: the width of the steel plate should be more than 3mm wide, but it should not exceed the width of the steel plate. When the blade is not sharp, it can be repaired with fine sandpaper. If there is a gap, it should be replaced. The blade should be placed 3-5 m m above the steel plate.
Pressure: too small cannot scrape the ink clean, too large may scratch the steel plate or damage the blade, the specific value depends on the model, the air pressure required by the monochromatic machine is small, the two-color and three-color machine will increase in turn. Before starting up, the pressure regulating valve must be stopped.
Travel: according to the steel plate graphic size shall prevail.
