The energy of particles in cryogenic plasma is about a few to ten electron volts, which is larger than the binding bond energy of polymer material(several to ten electron volts). However, it is far lower than the high-energy radioactive ray, which only involves the surface of the material and does not affect the properties of the matrix. In cryogenic plasma with non-thermodynamic equilibrium, electrons have high energy, which can break the chemical bonds of the molecules on the surface of the material and increase the chemical activity of particles(greater than the thermal plasma), while the temperature of neutral particles is close to room temperature. Suitable conditions are provided. The surface of the material is treated by a low-temperature plasma surface, a plurality of physical and chemical changes occur on the surface of the material, or the etching is generated to be rough, or a dense cross-linking layer is formed, or an oxygen-containing polar group is introduced, so that the hydrophilicity, the adhesive property, the accessibility, the biocompatibility and the electrical property are improved respectively. The surface of the material is treated under the proper process conditions, so that the surface morphology of the material is changed obviously, a plurality of oxygen-containing groups are introduced, the surface is changed from non-polar and difficult to sticky to a certain polarity, is easy to be sticky and hydrophilic, and is beneficial to bonding, coating and printing. At present, the production of various films has been widely used in the process of corona treatment, To solve the problem of surface affinity. But because the corona can only be carried out between two adjacent parallel electrodes and the distance cannot be too large, the method of corona treatment is not suitable for treating the surface polarization problem of a three-dimensional object. If that flame is used to treat, the weakness is that all of the polymer are flammable and have a low melting point. When the organic material is placed in a high-temperature flame, the organic material can be deformed, discolored, rough, burning and toxic gas due to high-temperature treatment. And the treatment process is difficult to master. The modification of the surface of the three-dimensional object adopts the low-temperature plasma flow treatment process as the best solution.
