Specific methods for adjusting the hardness of the pad printing pad: Generally, we can use silicone oil to reduce the hardness of the pad printing pad.However, in actual applications, if the silicone oil ratio is added to destroy the molecular weight, tear resistance and tensile strength of the rubber head, corresponding deterioration will occur, thus affecting the service life of the rubber head mold.In addition, too large a proportion of silicone oil will also cause the silicone rubber mold to easily deform.Therefore, the ratio of rubber head to silicone oil generally does not exceed 5%, and silicone oil with a larger viscosity should be added as much as possible. If the silicone oil content exceeds 5%, please use a small amount to determine whether it can be used.
